Training Philosophy
The depth of understanding of technique and the application of that technique from Sensei Noonan is second to none. Every time you train at the dojo you learn something new, no matter what level or colour belt you are. Training at the dojo has taught me perseverance and hard work, and that both physical and mental effort will reap rewards physically and psychologically as well.
