Kate Milic is a 2nd kyu brown belt and assistant instructor who teaches Little Dragons and Karate Kids. With a focus on kata and kumite, she values the confidence, strength, and motivation karate has built in her through training in a supportive dojo environment.
Training Philosophy
Karate has completely changed my life, making me stronger physically and mentally. I am someone who is naturally very anxious but karate has helped me overcome my fears. Karate has given me passion, drive and motivation. Tasseikan Dojo offers world class teaching from Noonan Sensei, who is not only highly knowledgeable but also clear and patient in his instructions. The dojo also offers a supportive community of students and a judgement-free environment.
