Jamie Baneres is a 3rd kyu brown belt assistant instructor who teaches Little Dragons and Karate Kids. With a focus on kata and kumite, he values the patience, resilience, and focus karate has helped him build in a supportive training environment.

Training Philosophy

Training at TKI has given me a space to grow stronger in both body and mind, teaching me patience, resilience, and focus. The community lifts me up, inspiring me to push past my limits. It’s become a place where I can breathe, reset, and grow.
